I have lived here in this park for about 4 years. I have seen this park at its worst and I can say that it has definitely grown! We were living in a one bedroom/run down trailer with 2 kids and as soon as a bigger house was up for rent Donna immediately brought it to our attention and made sure we were one of the first to know. We enjoy our neighbors and look out for one another. Everyone is very friendly and helpful. Garrett has made this park look beautiful! The grass and plants are always kept up. He is even willing to help with anything as long as you ask. Donna and Garrett are super friendly and easy to get a long with! Keep up the great work Donna and Garret! We enjoy living here!
This is a quiet park with a responsive management and maintenance team! It’s got a great location on the Delta.
This is hands down the best place to live in the Delta. Donna is the best manager I have ever met. She prides herself on being ACCESSIBLE to residents and guests. She always maintains professionalism while trying to honestly be your advocate. The park under her management has become a clean, quiet park to be a homeowner in and a close knit neighborhood that’s safe for families. Additionally the camping areas and common areas are all being updated and the park as a whole is receiving a make over. This is truly a jewel of the beautiful Delta.
The manager is so kind and helpful and the community is literally on the riverbank.
